THE BOOK
100 Years: Recipes from an Archipelago is a collection of our family recipes mostly served in our heritage restaurant, Dagupeña. It takes you through traditional Filipino recipes found in most of the archipelago, special dishes typical of our region, along with recipes developed by our family for the past century.
The recipes you find on this website are traditional Philippine recipes culled from the book. Some are influenced by the various cultures that have enriched Philippine cuisine.
